Therapy is an investment! 

At this point in time, Nesting Connections accepts the following insurances:

Blue Cross and Blue Shield 

Medical Assistance (including BCBS PMAP)

HealthPartners

UCare

ComPsych 

Nesting Connections is considered an Out-Of-Network provider for all other insurances. Out-of-Network requires private payment. Private pay means that we do not bill insurance.  Rather, you are responsible for payment. We are able to provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement of services when requested. Please be sure to contact your insurance carrier in regard to your Out-of-Network benefits. 

Using insurance does have benefits, however in regard to mental health, billing insurance requires a diagnosis which goes on your medical record. Insurance would also have access to your medical charting and often influences treatment. When paying out-of-pocket, you have more control in treatment options, timelines, and your child's information is able to maintain a higher level of privacy.  Please do not let the words "private pay" deter you from services. We are more than happy to assist you with a sliding scale when able. Or we will recommend other therapists who might accept your insurance. 

The following rates are subject to change:

• Diagnostic Assessment (ages 6 and up): $200
• DC:0-5 Diagnostic Assessment (3 separate appointments): This rate varies due to observation site locations 
• 60 Minute Individual or Play Therapy session: $150
• 45 Minute Individual or Play Therapy session: $130
• 30 Minute Individual or Play Therapy session: $110
• Presentations: Contact us for rate as it varies
• Court Appearance: Contact for rate as fee will include documentation gathering time, travel, and attendance fees.
• Reflective Consultation for daycare/school staff: Contact for rate as fee depends on number of staff and length.

Nesting Connections offers a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please contact us if finances are limiting your ability to start your therapeutic journey. We believe that access to affordable mental health care is important!

We offer an automatic 20% discount for family members of anyone who has served in the United States Military. Thank you for your service and sacrifices. 

Payment is due at time of service.  We accept most major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), and personal checks. Payment is received over the secure platform Ivy.
